When you submit a contact enquiry, waiting-list request, or reservation, we securely store your name, email, town or city, preferences, and any notes you provide. Customer submissions are not publicly accessible.

The contact information you provide is used to respond to your questions and manage your request. To ask about your information or request its removal, contact Joe African Grey Bird through WhatsApp. WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Payments

Bank transfer is the only payment method. Reservation requests are saved as awaiting bank transfer; they are not confirmations of payment or bird availability. Bank details are provided through WhatsApp after availability is confirmed. This website does not collect payment card information.
